Veterans Party of North Carolina
Of the People - By the People - For the People
Stand Together... We Win.
A New Choice, A New Voice, For ALL Americans.
Our Goal
The Veterans Party of North Carolina's primary goal is to place solution oriented leadership into public offices around the nation in all forms of government.
Our Mission
Our mission is to not only place candidates in office who will uphold the Constitution of the United States but who will also hold all other elected and appointed officials to the same standards.
Welcome to the first all volunteer political party created by Veterans to put America first.
Even though our name is the Veterans Party of America, as with any other legitimate political party in the United States, there is no requirement for any member of this party to have served in the military or currently be serving on active duty, nor is there any requirement for members of this party to be associated with any military organization or facility.
Solution Driven
Results oriented performance powered by the people
For ALL Americans
You do not have to be a veteran to join us.
All Volunteer
No one in the party draws a salary.
Devotion to Duty
We took an oath with a duty to defend the Constitution.
Constitution Based
We support the highest law of the land, the Constitution of America.
Accountable & Trust Worthy
You can depend of us to be accountable and trusted.
Our Party Platform
Below are brief descriptions of our party planks. Read the full details at our full Party Platform page.
Constitution
The Constitution of the United States of America is the “Law of the Land.”
Separation of Church and State
The Veterans Party of America adheres to the proposition that there shall be no State established church.
Job Creation
America is in a major economic crisis. Jobs are the key to our recovery.
Border Security
Our borders must be properly secured, with adequate crossing points and transit lanes for legal entrance.
National Defense & Security
The security and safety of our country and people is the highest priority. This is the responsibility of the Federal government.
Immigration
The Veterans Party of America’s position on immigration is the safety and security of our nation and its citizens.
Education
The Veterans Party of America understands the education of our youth is critical to our future as a nation.
Foreign Policy
American policies should not stretch to interference with the internal affairs of sovereign nations.
Foreign Aid
While it is in the best interest of the US to help build and maintain foreign nations-in-need, we must tend to our own shortcomings, first and foremost.
Balanced Budget
It is in the best interest of our Nation to reduce the national debt by reducing the size of government through major spending cuts.
Earned Benefits
The men and women who have served, and are currently serving, our nation honorably at all levels of government are deserving of our very best.
Welfare Reform
A comprehensive overhaul of the welfare and social system must be made to ensure those that truly need it, can receive it, while eliminating abuses.
Election Reform
Elections should return power to legal voters. Corporations are not voters and should not be allowed to contribute to political campaigns.
Resource Sustainability
We believe sufficient efforts must be made in adopting, implementing, and managing sustainable and reasonable Resource Management Programs.
Corporate Subsidies
Large, multi-state corporations should not receive any corporate subsidies unless the cause of the corporation’s failing is from direct government pricing mandates.
Official Language
The Veterans Party of America believes the United States should have English as an Official Language.
We Need Your Support!
The Veterans Party of North Carolina Seeks State Recognition
We need Signature Collectors from all over the state of North Carolina to achieve our goal, with your help we can achieve it.
To live under the American Constitution is the greatest political privilege that was ever accorded to the human race.
The power under the constitution will always be in the people.
In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.
